Why Export Your Portfolio?
Exporting your portfolio is useful when you need to:
- Provide comprehensive documentation to external reviewers
- Showcase your academic and personal achievements in a professional manner
- Save time and effort compiling a portable version of your portfolio
Steps to Export Your Portfolio
- Log into Abre and navigate to your portfolio page
- Find the “Export Portfolio” button on the right, above the Permissions panel
- Click the button to start the export process
- Wait for Abre to compile your portfolio into a zip file
- Download of the [Portfolio Name].zip file will start automatically after compiled
❗ The time it takes to compile the zip file may vary depending on the size of your portfolio.
What's Included in the Export?
Your exported portfolio will include:
- Portfolio artifacts exported as PDF documents
- All attached evidence files
Tips for Using Your Exported Portfolio
- The .zip file format keeps all your portfolio contents organized in one easy-to-share file
- You can easily email this .zip file or upload it to other platforms as needed
- To view the contents, simply extract the .zip file on your computer
