How to Approve a Portfolio Artifact

If you're a staff member empowered to approve and give feedback to artifacts, you have two ways to access a student's portfolio.

Method One:

1. Click on the People App
2. Click on the Students Tab
3. Search for the Student
4. Select the student and navigate to the portfolio

Method Two (Easiest):

1. Click on the Students App and pull up the student
2. Under the profile you will see portfolios. Click on the relevant portfolio.

How to Approve a Portfolio Artifact

1. Navigate to the appropriate portfolio
2. Select the artifact
3. Read what was submitted. Provide feedback. And if all is well, approve the artifact!
