Note: Abre Permissions Required
In order to add course editors, you must have the "Curriculum Administration" permission enabled. Your local Abre Administrator can adjust your permissions in the People App.
Adding an Abre user as a course "Editor" allows them to build and add on to your existing courses.
- To add a user (from within your district), select Edit Course Information when inside of a course. Under "Editors", add their email, separated by a comma
- The user will then be able to edit the course from within Curriculum.
Adding a "Viewer" provides you a means to share a course with an Abre user outside of your organization.
To share a course with someone outside of your district. Go to edit a courses information, then add their email, separated by a comma
Once shared the course will appear in the users "All Course" list but from your organization(In this example, the highlighted organization is different (Abre - Platform) from my home organization (Abre - Product)
This method shares a read-only copy of your course, ensuring that external users cannot alter your course materials.
