The Files tab lets you confirm a recurring export reached Abre before you investigate the sync. You can check the file’s name, size, and last modified time, then access your SFTP credentials if you need to connect to the folder directly.
Check file delivery
- Open the Integrations Center in Abre.
- Select the Files tab.
- Find the file you expect from your source system.
- Compare its name with the name the integration expects or your configured Custom File Name.
- Check the file size and Last Modified time.
- Click a column heading to sort the list, if that helps you find the latest delivery.
Check the file name, size, and Last Modified time. A listed file confirms delivery to the folder, not successful processing.
Decide what to check next
| What you see | Next step |
|---|---|
| The file is missing | Check that the source export ran and delivered to Abre’s SFTP folder. |
| The name is different | Compare it with the expected or custom file name, character for character. |
| The file is only a few dozen bytes | Review the source export. It may contain headers without records. |
| Last Modified is older than expected | Check whether the recurring export is still running. |
| The name, size, and timestamp look right | Open the integration’s Sync History to check processing and read its message. |
To check the run, return to Integrations, click the integration’s name, and review the latest Sync History entry.
Access SFTP credentials
Use these details when you need to connect through an SFTP client. Abre recommends FileZilla for working with the files directly.
- On the Files tab, click SFTP Credentials in the upper-right area.
- Click the username control to copy the username to your clipboard, then paste it into your SFTP client’s corresponding field.
- Repeat for the password and host controls, pasting each value into its corresponding field.
- Use those connection details to connect to your district’s folder.
The SFTP Credentials panel has separate controls to copy the username, password, and host. Keep the copied values private; this example shows only the controls, not the credentials.
The Files tab is read-only. To download, rename, or delete files, work through your SFTP client rather than the Files tab.
Looking for a one-time upload?
One-time uploads don’t appear on the Files tab because they follow a separate import path. Check the integration’s status and Sync History instead.
If a recurring file should have arrived and you can’t explain the issue after checking the source export, email support@abre.com. Include your site ID, integration name, run date and time, and the exact message or a screenshot of Sync History.
