The Integrations Center helps your district see where its data stands. You can check whether a sync ran, confirm a file reached Abre, and find the next step when something needs attention, all from one place.
It’s designed for district staff who manage data, including IT, assessment, and operations teams.
What you can do
- Monitor your syncs. See which integrations succeeded and which need a closer look.
- Read run details. Open Sync History to check timestamps, messages, and error codes when available.
- Confirm delivery. Use the Files tab to see what’s in your district’s SFTP folder, including file names, sizes, and last modified times.
- Find an integration. Search by name or narrow the catalog by category, active status, or sync status.
- Manage an existing sync. Turn a configured integration on or update its custom file name.
- Upload a one-time file. Bring in historical or occasional data, such as finalized state assessment results.
Get familiar with the two tabs
The Integrations tab shows the catalog, each integration’s status, and its available actions. Click an integration’s name to open its run history.
The Files tab shows the files currently in your district’s SFTP folder at Abre. It’s read-only, so you can check delivery without changing the files. You’ll also find the SFTP Credentials button here.
The two tabs separate sync monitoring from file delivery. Status and Last Ran show the latest run result; Actions shows the options available for each integration.
Choose your next step
- To check data health, review the status on the Integrations tab.
- To investigate a delivery issue, start on the Files tab, then read the integration’s Sync History.
- To bring in a new data source for the first time, contact Abre Support to coordinate setup.
