A quick sync check helps you catch missing files or export changes before they affect your team’s work. Use the status to spot what needs attention, then read the run message to decide what to do.
Check your integrations
- Open the Integrations Center in Abre.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- Search for the integration or use filters to narrow the list by category, active status, or sync status.
- Review its Status and Last Ran information.
- Click the integration’s name to open Sync History.
- Read the latest run’s timestamp and full message. Expand grouped entries when you need to see the individual runs.
Use the Status filter to choose the results you want to review.
Select Warning, Failure, and Not Run to focus on runs that may need attention. Remove a filter with its X, or select Clear All Filters.
In Sync History, read each run’s status, date, time, and full message. This example shows missing-column warnings alongside successful runs.
Read the status colors
| Color and status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Green: Success | The run completed successfully. Some successful runs skip unchanged files or add no new records. | Usually no action is needed. If you expected new data, check the message and file. |
| Yellow: Warning | Something about the file needs review. Data may have loaded with missing values; some warnings report an empty or missing file. | Read the message and check the file or export it identifies. |
| Red: Failure | The data did not load. | Read the message to find out whether to correct the file, wait for the next run, or contact Support. |
| Yellow: Not Run | Nothing was processed, usually because a usable file wasn’t available. | Check file delivery, the file name, and whether the file contains records. |
| Gray: Never Ran | The integration has never executed. | Check it only if you expected it to be running. Unused catalog integrations normally stay this way. |
| Blue: Running | Processing is underway. | Check back in a few minutes. |
These examples show Success, Warning, Failure, and Not Run entries. Some runs show only a status and timestamp, with no message.
Check whether a file arrived
For recurring SFTP deliveries:
- Open the Files tab.
- Find the expected file.
- Compare its name with the expected name or your configured Custom File Name.
- Check its size and Last Modified time.
- Click a column heading to sort, if that helps you find the newest delivery.
One-time uploads are checked through the integration’s status and history. They don’t appear on the Files tab.
If a message needs Support’s help, email support@abre.com with your site ID, integration name, run date and time, error code if shown, and exact message. Include a screenshot of the Sync History entry.
