Abre's behavior "Reports" feature gives administrators an “at a glance” view of all Office incidents in their building and/or district. Users can choose the following options when running reports:
- Download Reports by consequence type and/or date. All behavior reports are also available as editable .csv files. By default, behavior reports will display all referrals from the current academic year.
- Use Abre's "Behavior Graphs" functionality to view preset graphs within Abre.
Please note that Personal incidents are not currently visualized in the default Behavior Reports and Analytics. You may leverage Abre's Data-as-a-Service offering to create custom data visualizations for administrators and staff that include Personal incidents.
Required Abre Permissions
To view or export behavior reports you will need to have Abre's "Behavior Administrator" permission enabled.
Behavior Administrators will be able to view behavior information and data relative to the building they are assigned to in the Staff File we receive.
Using Abre's "Behavior Graphs" Functionality to View and Download Data
Users can view real-time behavior data by building(s) and/or district in a graph representation. To begin, navigate to the "Reports" Tab in the Behavior App.
- Select the "View Behavior Graphs"
- A new page will load and by default, behavior information will display from the last 7 days for the building(s) you are assigned to.
- Users can select the drop-down menu and change the "Select a Time Window" to fit their needs.
- Users can see the following behavior data sets via their respected graph
- Most Common Offenses
- Most Common Locations
- Referrals Over Time
- Referrals by the time of day
- Referrals by Behavior Workflow Step
- Most Common/Frequent Referral Submitters
- Students with the Most Associated Referrals (and select eyeball to tie back to the student's profile)
- Users can see the following behavior data sets via their respected graph
- In addition to viewing the number for each data set, you can also "hover" over each graph to reveal additional information related to the graph itself.
- Each of these behavior data graphs can also be downloaded by selecting the download arrow in the corner of each graph.
Using the Filter Option in the Behavior Graphs Tab
Using the Filter options allows Behavior Administrators to look even deeper into their behavior data.
- Begin by selecting the "Toggle Custom Filters"
- Next, choose the filters you want to put in place for this data set.
- You can mix and match different filters to fit the needs of the data you are wanting to view. You can filter by:
- Building (if you are assigned as a Behavior Administrator in multiple buildings. If not, you will not be able to select other buildings, only yours.
- Teacher
- Grade
- Student Status (IEP, 504, Gifted, ELL, Economically Disadvantaged)
- Ethnicity
- Consequence
- As previously shared, once you set your custom filters, you can download each subset of data by selecting the "Download Graph Data" from each graph.
- You can also download "All Incident" Data related to the custom filter option by select the "Download Incidents" icon in the lower right-hand side of your screen.
