There may be times when the "Submitted by" information on a behavior incident needs to be changed or updated. For example, your building administrative staff enters a referral on behalf of another staff member. Or, you have manually added a staff member via Abre People, and that user does not exist in your Student Information System.
Required Abre Permission
In order to update "Submitted by" information, you must have the "Behavior Administrator" permission at the building or district level enabled. Your local Abre Administrator can adjust your permissions in People.
Updating "Submitted by" on a Behavior Incident
"Submitted by" information can be updated by a Behavior Administrator from the Queue, Verification and Closed tabs within Behavior.
- Click on the behavior incident to open the behavior details modal.
- At the very top of the modal, the "Submitted By" information is displayed. Select the pencil icon to edit.
- Update "Submitted by" from the available drop-down options.
- Click Save.
