Administrators can quickly and easily clear out all behaviors from an incident added by a staff member should the administrator need to add new or different behavior to the incident.
Required Abre Permission
In order to clear out offenses from a behavior incident, you must have the "Behavior Administrator" permission enabled. Your local Abre Administrator can adjust your permissions in Directory.
How to Clear out Behaviors
- Navigate to Behavior
- Select an incident to process (this incident can be in the Queue, Verification, or Close tab).
- Within the incident modal, scroll down to "Behaviors " under Details.
- Next to the Behavior heading, select the X to clear out all of the original offense(s) associated with the referral.
