While investigating an incident, it may be decided that the issue is not worthy of a incident and will need to be removed from Behavior. You can remove a incident at any time by archiving its record. This keeps the record in Abre's database but removes it from your Abre instance and behavior reports.
Required Abre Permission
In order to archive an "Office Incident" you must have the "Behavior Administrator" or "System Admin Privileges" permissions enabled. Your local Abre Administrator can adjust your permissions in Directory.
Archiving an Incident
- Navigate to Behavior
- Open up the incident in question from any tab (Queue, Verification, or Closed)
- Select the "Archive" button in the bottom right-hand corner
- A popup will ask you to confirm the archiving, "Are you sure you want to archive this incident?". Select "Ok" to archive the incident.
