Abre Permissions are set and maintained by the Abre System Admin. To learn more about how to set or edit People permissions, view Setting Permissions in Abre.
The Abre Behavior App has three levels of permissioning:

Behavior Administrator:
- Controls Behavior App Configuration Settings, such as custom PDF uploads and Incident Visibility of Staff.
- Can view and edit Open, Queue, Verification, and Closed Incidents district-wide.
- Can manage the movement of incidents through the Behavior Workflow by assigning a response, and verifying that the response was served.
- Can generate printable student summary reports for any individual incident.
- Can view and download district-wide behavior reports & analytics.

Behavior Administrator (Building):
- Can view and edit Open, Queue, Verification, and Closed Incidents building-wide.
- Can manage the movement of incidents through the Behavior Workflow by assigning a response, and verifying that the response was served for building incidents logged.
- Can generate printable student summary reports for any building-related individual incident.
- Can view and download district-wide behavior reports & analytics.

Behavior Verification Monitor:
- Can view Open, Verification, and Closed Incidents building-wide.
- Can verify that the response was served for building incidents logged.
- Can download Response Reports to identify which students are serving responses by date.

Staff (Default - no additional permissions assigned):
- Can log and view "Personal" and "Office" behavior incidents to be verified by Behavior Administrators (organized by Open vs Closed)
- Can receive notifications when a logged incident is closed
- Can view responses assigned to logged incidents
- Can view Behavior Incident history and detail on the Student360 for behavior tracked natively in Abre
NOTE: By default, Staff can only view incidents they have submitted. Behavior Administrators can enhance visibility to enable Staff to view Office Incidents for all students rostered to them and/or to all students in their building.
