Abre's People App offers the ability to house more detailed personal and employment directory information.
There are two ways to supplement the automated nightly Staff file. The first is by manually editing Profile fields via the Administration tab on the Staff profile. Note: You must be a People Administrator or System Administrator to access this Administration tab and edit Staff information.
The second is to upload supplemental Staff Profile data by downloading our Data Import Template (attached below) and using the Data Import function by going to People > Settings > Imports & Exports. In this process, Abre looks for matches on emails from the Staff currently in Abre People. If a match exists, extra metadata will be updated. If the staff member DOESN'T exist, then they will not be added.
NOTE: If you plan to use the data import template, the template structure and format remain exactly as is.
