Custom Student Profile Tags put the most important information about a student directly on the Student360 card so staff can act quickly when opening individual profiles.
Use Custom Tags to make key details easy to spot, such as:
- Program participation (for example, AVID, tutoring, or interventions)
- Demographic or district-defined indicators
- Medical or alert information
- Decide what you want the tag to communicate.
- Keep tag names short and consistent so they are easy to scan.
Create custom student tags (Tag Setup)
Go to Tag Setup and create your tags as Student tags.
- In Abre, open the Settings and click the tab for Custom Tags
- Choose to create a new tag (+ button —> Add Custom Tag)
- Enter a clear tag name under Tag Code.
- (Optional) Set a tag description
- Set the tag type to Student.
- Select the tag color so it is easy to identify at a glance.
- Save.
If you are creating many tags at once, you can also use a CSV import to bulk create tags. Use the File Format Requirements to help format your CSV.
