The Class360 Viewer allows Administrators to view Class360 reports for any staff member in a district or building. This can be helpful for demonstrations, staff training, coaching sessions, and verifying what a staff member can view in Class360.
Who can use this feature?
The Class360 Viewer is available to users with one of the following roles:
- System Administrator
- District Insights Administrator
- Building Insights Administrator
If the Class360 button is not visible in the Students App, or if the staff selection prompt does not appear, contact a system administrator to confirm role access and building assignment. For more information about Class360, see this article (Class360).
How to use the Class360 Viewer
- Open the Students app.
- In the top-right corner, select Class360.
- Class360 opens with the current user selected by default. A Viewing As banner appears at the top of the page.
- To view reports as another staff member, select Change Staff in the banner.
- In the staff selection window, search by first name, last name, or email.
- Select the staff member, then select Continue or Open in a new tab.
- The Viewing As banner updates to the selected staff member, and the report refreshes with that staff member’s data.
- To change or reset the selection:
- Select Change Staff in the banner to search for and select a different staff member.
- Select Clear in the banner to return to the default view.

Return to the Students App
To return to the Students App, use the left navigation or select Students in the top navigation bar. The next time Class360 is opened, the view starts with the current user selected by default.
