Viewing a Student Plan

Viewing a student's plan can be a crucial step in providing responsive instruction. All users can see plans within a student's Student360 profile. All Staff members will be able to enter into the ‘Plans’ app with limited access to what they can see, edit, access by default. Plans Administrators can see and edit plans within Plans itself.

To View a Student Plan (Via Plans)

1. Navigate to Plans
2. Select "View Plans" under Student Plans
3. Search for a student by Last Name or Student Number
4. Click on the student's name and then select the plan you wish to view
5. This will open up the full plan view allowing you to view or edit the plan.

To View a Student Plan (Via Students)

1. Navigate to Students
2. Search for a student by Last Name or Student Number
3. View a student's profile by selecting the "eyeball" icon
4. Click on the Plans tab
5. Select the Plan you want to view by clicking anywhere on its row

Note: Only plans marked as "Completed" can be selected and viewed by staff and family members in the Student360. Plans marked as a "Draft" can be viewed and edited by Plans Administrators and Systems Administrators in the Student360.
