Creating and Using Student Notes

Student Notes provide you with a flexible means of recording and viewing informal or observational student information.  By default, notes are private to the owner and administrators.  If you'd like to make notes collaborative, you can enable additional Staff to view/ edit.  You can also make visible to All Staff and Community Partners.

Common use cases include:

1. Maintaining a Parent Contact Log
2. Keeping Track of General Observations
3. Documenting Internal classroom behavior
4. Recording Wellness Observations
