Downloading Data in the Students App

Abre's Student App homepage includes shortcuts to bulk download roster data in csv file format. Abre includes download shortcuts by assigned courses or created groups for:

• Student Rosters
• Parent Contacts

How to Download Rosters, Contacts or Data

• From the Students homepage, navigate to "Downloads" in the bottom right-hand corner
• Under "Courses" or "Groups" click on the downward-facing arrow to begin your download.
• This will automatically begin downloading the file you selected
• Open the .csv file with the program of your choice to edit or print your selected download

Included Fields

Student Roster Download Includes:

• Students First, Middle and Last Name
• ID Number
• Email
• Course, Term and Period
• Gender
• Ethnicity
• Birthday
• Grade
• IEP, Gifted and ELL Status

Parent Contact Download Includes:

• Student Name, ID, along with Course, Term and Period
• Parent Names
• Relationship to Student
• Parent Address
• Multiple Phone Numbers
• Parent E-mail
