Schools and districts can, with guardian permission, determine what information a partner sees about a student. Student data views are set at the Program level and can vary between Partner Programs and also by Partner Role (Volunteer or Administrator). For example, a Partner Organization that has multiple Programs can have different student data view permissions at each Program. Likewise, those permissions can differ between roles as well.
Required Abre Permission
In order to set student data view permissions for Partner Program Volunteers and/or Administrators, you must be a District employee with the "Partner Administrator" permission enabled. Your local Abre Administrator can adjust your permissions in Directory.
Setting or Updating Partner Program Student Data View Permissions
- From within Partners, locate the Partner Organization
- Click "View Programs"
- Locate the Partner Program and click on desired Program
- "Edit Information"
- Scroll to the bottom to view permissions.
- Select appropriate permissions.
- "Save Program"
