Abre's Partner App connects schools with partners outside of the school. This allows a larger community to support the whole child. Common examples include:
- Work-Based Learning Partners (Businesses, etc.)
- Tutoring Groups (YMCA)
- Mental Health Services
- Civic Groups and Places of Worship
- Sports Groups
- PTOs and PTAs

Definitions
Partner: A group of people who, typically, are not part of the school but work with students. A partner is an organization.
Partner Program: A program is a set group with a particular aim, goal, or objective. Partners consist of partner programs.
Roles
District Staff Partner Administrator: A school staff member responsible for managing partners. This role can:
- Add, edit, delete Partners
- Add, edit, delete Programs
- Add and delete members of programs
- Add and remove students from programs
- Control the permissions of what information about students the partner can view.
District Staff Partner Manager: A school staff member with limited rights to manage partners. This role can:
- Add, edit, delete Partners
- Add, edit, delete Programs
- Add and delete members of programs
- Add and remove students from programs
Program Administrators: Program Administrators are able to administer their Program information. The do NOT need to be staff members or members of the school. They can:
- Add, edit, and delete fellow members (including volunteers)
- Run reports on programs
- Take attendance
- Upload members and students
- Edit program information
Volunteers: Volunteers are able to view directory level information of students enrolled in their Programs. Depending on the data permissions set by the district they may also be able to view additional student level data.
- Volunteers can take student attendance for their program.
