Abre is a web-based platform that requires an internet connection to access both Abre services and approved third-party systems like Mode Analytics. If you are experiencing issues with dashboards or data loading, it may be due to your district's content filter or firewall blocking necessary resources.
Step 1: Confirm Access to Required Mode Resources
Please ask your district IT team to verify access to the following URLs:
If either of these URLs is blocked or doesn't load, it may prevent embedded Mode dashboards from displaying properly in Abre.
Step 2: Allowlist Required Domains
Ensure the following domains are allowlisted on your district network and any content filters:

Mode Analytics (Used for Embedded Dashboards)
