Behavior Administrator
- Controls Behavior App Configuration Settings, such as custom PDF uploads and Incident Visibility of Staff.
- Can view and edit Open, Queue, Verification, and Closed Incidents district-wide.
- Can manage the movement of incidents through the Behavior Workflow by assigning a response, and verifying that the response was served.
- Can generate printable student summary reports for any individual incident.
- Can view and download district-wide behavior reports & analytics.

Class Administrator
- Can view all Class announcements, activities, student work, student scores, student grades, and teacher feedback

Communications Administrator
- Can create and manage district Channels, including intended audience(s), building availability, and whether a Channel is required or optional
- Can author (and delete) content for Announcements and Headlines and schedule communications delivery

Communications Administrator (Building)
- Can author (and delete) Announcement content limited to Channels available to the associated building
- NOTE: Building-specific channels must first be created by the Communications Administrator before they can be posted to by the Communications Administrator (Building)

- Can create, edit, and manage all Curriculum and Learn courses
Focus Administrator
- Can create, edit, and manage all focus codes
Forms Administrator
- Create, edit, and maintain Forms library.
- Control settings for all Forms, including Response Settings, collaboration settings, and visibility settings.
- Designate forms as Abre Plans for assignability in the Plans App.
Insights Administrator
- View all Insights Reports and dashboards.
- Download district-wide data.
Insights Administrator (Building)
- View Insights Reports and dashboards with data limited to affiliated buildings.
- Download building-level data.
Learn Administrator
- Can monitor and download progress of all Learn courses.
- Can create event-based coupon codes and progress badges.
Partners Administrator
- Can create, edit, and give consent and manage all partners/programs
- Allows the user to access Partner-overview reports and Program-specific reports
Partners Manager
- Allow the user to create, edit, and manage all partners/programs
- Allows the user to access Program-specific reports
Payments Administrator
- Allow the user to create, edit, and manage all payments
People Administrator
- Allow the user to add staff. Manage and edit all staff information including confidential information (i.e. salary, certification, etc.). Export data for all active staff members.
People Directory Advisor
- Allow the user to view basic information (contact information, classification, current title, and home building) for all staff

Plans Administrator for Staff
- Allow the user to create, edit, and manage all staff plans. Remove/archive staff accumulated Learn points

- Can access all Student Plan templates and manage Plan assignment for all students in the district
- Plan Template Settings:
- Can control Student Plan Template Visibility (control which groups can view Completed Plans)
- Can control Student Plan Template Assignability (determine whether All Staff can assign the Plan Template)
- Can control Student Plan Template Editability (determine whether All Staff can modify the Plan once assigned to a Student)
- Plan Assignment Settings:
- Can assign Plans to students district-wide, individually or in bulk
- Can manage the status for all assigned Plans (Draft, Complete)
- Can Save, Print, Archive or Delete all Assigned Plans
- Can view Plan Revision History for all Assigned Plans
- Can add Staff Members as Editors on Assigned Plans
- Plan Reports:
- Can view and download district-wide Student Plan reports & analytics.
Plans Administrator for Students (Building)

System Admin
- Grants the user the highest permission level for every component of Abre as well as adjust high level functionality (create district shortcuts, set academic calendar, adjust user permissions, bulk import of Directory records). Grants access to student data and confidential employee information across the district.
