Abre users can leverage auto language translation tools to ensure the website displays in preferred language. Follow the steps below to configure:
Safari: If you're running iOS 14 or later, Safari comes with a translation feature embedded into the browser.
- Tap the action button on the left side of the address bar while visiting a site that you need to translate. The button looks like two A's next to each other.
- Tap Translate to [Your Device Language].
If you're not seeing the option to Translate to [Your Device Language], ensure that you've configured your language preferences in Settings.
- Open Settings on your iOS device
- Select General
- Select Language & Region
- Add the language(s) you wish you translate Safari websites to and order to meet your preferences
Chrome: If you're using an Android device, you can change your preferred language in Chrome. Chrome can also translate pages for you.
