Customization allows for:
- Streamlined daily workflows with quick access to essential data
- Student data alignment with district-specific priorities. Alignment can be:
- By Grade Band
- By Subpopulation
- Enhanced data visibility for improved decision-making
Layout Customization of Student360 Pages
The Overview page serves as your command center for each Student360, providing quick access to essential student information. This serves as the landing page when accessing a student's Student360.
The Assessments, Behavior, Wellness and Grades pages provide comprehensive views of key student data in a centralized location.
Create a Grade Band
Create grade bands first. Grade bands let you apply Student360 layout and content changes to a specific set of grades without affecting all students.
- Go to the People app.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Click Manage S360.
- Scroll down past Legacy Layout, and click the + button.
- Select Add Grade Band.
- In the pop-up, enter:
- Grade band name
- Color
- Grade levels
Customize the Overview page
- In Student360 Setup:
- Select the pencil icon or the + icon on a frame to add or edit content.
- In the content modal, choose:
- Category
- Select Content

Select Tag(s)
- Note: Tag selection applies the content only to students with that tag.
- Click Save.
- To add more frames, scroll to the bottom and click the + button.
- Arrange frames using drag-and-drop.
- Click Save Layout.
To customize the Assessments, Behavior, Wellness, or Grades Page:
- In the Student360 Page Setup, click the dropdown arrow next to “Overview” in the upper right corner
- Select the page you want to edit
- Use the editor and follow the same editing steps as above

Districts can leverage Abre’s Data as a Service (DaaS) to customize assessment, behavior, grades, and wellness visualizations within the Student360.
Hiding Pages for Unused Tools
Districts can streamline their Student360 interface by showing only relevant tools and information:
- Navigate to the People App
- Click the Settings Tab
- Click “Manage S360”
- Select the “Edit Summary” Tab
- Toggle on/off various components and pages
