The Class360 is available in the Students App for SIS Synced staff members. The Class360 enables teachers, counselors, and wellness advisors to access various reports at the “Class” level.
I am an administrator, can I access Class360? Yes! Simply follow the same alignment methods detailed below.
How Class360 Works
Class360 provides a way for staff members to see reports that only include students they are aligned to. Staff members can be aligned to students in a variety of methods:
- Via student information synced schedule
- Via a personally created group
- Via alignment to students as a guidance counselor
- Via alignment to students as a Staff Wellness Advisor
Once a staff member is aligned to a student/s using one or more of the above methods, Abre builds a nightly “roster” of staff member-to-student alignment. This alignment runs each night allowing staff members to see students they are aligned to in the Class360.
Similar to the District360/School360, reports need to be aligned to a district (if a district wants to provide the Class360 report to staff).
NOTE: Currently the Class360 is ONLY available to synced Staff Members. It may take up to 24 hours for a staff member to see a student inside the Class360 (if they were recently added/aligned)
Accessing Class360
Staff access Class360 through the Students App.
From there, select the desired Class360 dashboard visualization from the Report Selection drop-down.
Staff can use the filters on the right-hand side to limit the data-set, or download the data to a CSV file for further manipulation.
