The Class360 reports provide data visualizations for student data at the classroom or group level. Students are aligned to staff members and administrators in various ways:
- Via Student Information System (SIS)-synced schedules (for teachers of record)
- Via a created group in Abre (view Creating Student Groups)
- Via alignment to students as a Staff Wellness Advisor or Portfolio Advisor (Wellness Advisor groups or Portfolio Advisor groups will be created)
Once a staff member is aligned to a student(s) using one or more of the above methods, Abre builds a nightly roster of staff or admin member-to-student alignment. This alignment runs each night, allowing staff and admin to see rostered or grouped students in the Class360.
I am an administrator. Can I access Class360? Yes!
- Follow the same alignment methods detailed above to create a custom group. This might be a group of students on the building advisory committee, or a mentoring group.
- To learn more about using the Class360 Viewer feature, visit this article. Administrators can use the Class360 Viewer to view Class360 reports as any staff member in their building/district (depending on permissions).

Abre Permissions Needed
Class360 reports are available to all SIS-synced staff and administrators with the appropriate Abre permissions. Users not synced via the SIS can now gain access through manual building assignment and or by being granted Abre Administrator roles (Insights Administrator, Insights Administrator - Building, or System Administrator).

Accessing Class360
Access Class360 through the Students App.
From there, select the desired Class360 dashboard visualization from the Report Selection drop-down.
Staff can use the filters on the right-hand side to limit the data-set, or download the data to a CSV file for further manipulation.

Tip: When available, use the “Class Name” filter to filter between rostered students and created groups.
