How to Make Wellness Advisor Alignments

Staff Wellness Advisors are set at the individual student level within the Student360. There are two ways to align Staff Wellness Advisors to Students:

1. Individual staff members have the ability to ‘Claim’ students within the Student360 by clicking the ‘Claim’ button under the Wellness tab.
2.  Wellness Administrators and System Administrators can align any student to any rostered staff member, and can navigate the drop down menu to select the appropriate staff member. Do not click Claim Student afterwards or the student will be aligned to the Wellness Administrator or System Administrator.
