Abre has many dashboards that are turnkey and ready to launch as soon as data is shared. In addition to these turnkey dashboards, Abre partners with school districts to design and create custom dashboards that meet your data needs. Abre's Data-as-a-Service model allows a number of custom-created dashboards annually.
Both turnkey and custom dashboards are housed in data categories in Abre's Insights App. Insights categories house a variety of data analytics dashboards for use by school and district leaders to visualize and manipulate student data. Some examples:
- Early Warning Systems
- Graduation Readiness
- Compliance checking (Quality Control)
- View 3rd party assessment data used for evaluating plan placements
- State reporting
Insights dashboards and their respective data sources are defined during the onboarding process.
Definitions
- Insight Categories: How Abre groups Dashboards. Common examples are Early Warning, Strategic Plan, Assessments, Finance, Professional Development, etc.
- Dashboards: Pages that include numerous graphs (a dashboard of charts)
- Results Matrix: A table of results that change based on filtering
- DaaS: Data-as-a-Service

We have a number of “out of the box” dashboards ready for districts when they send us their data. DaaS is the service we provide when we need to create customized dashboards for schools.

In order to use Abre Insights, you must have the "Insight Administration" permission enabled. Your Abre System Administrator can adjust your permissions in the People App, or you can reach out to Abre Support.
