Assessments and Assessment Results created prior to and during the sync pause will remain available during and after the sync.
People:
Manually added Staff are not impacted by the sync pause process. They will be migrated to the 23/24 School Year on July 1st.
Staff added via automated or SFTP sync remain frozen during the pause. New staff will be visible in Abre once the sync resumes on July 1st (provided they have been added to your SIS and are being shared through one of Abre’s roster integration methods).
Students:
Students added via automated or SFTP sync remain frozen during the pause. New students will be visible in Abre once the sync resumes (provided they have been added to your SIS and are being shared through one of Abre’s roster integration methods).
If your district is sharing data to the Student360, that data remains the same during the sync pause. If your district shares new school year data, it will be visible once the sync resumes on July 1st.
Focus:
Focus Codes associated with lessons from prior school years remain active during and after the sync pause process. As a best practice, you may review Focus Codes and adjust whether they should remain active for the new school year, or edit/ delete.
Class:
If course schedule information is being shared from your SIS, Terms and Courses associated with the new school year will populate in the Class App once Abre resumes the sync resumes on July 1st.
Curriculum:
Curriculum Maps created prior to and during the sync pause will remain available during and after the sync. As a best practice, you may review and delete Maps you do not intend to use in the future.
Learn:
Learn Courses created prior to and during the sync pause will remain available during and after the sync. As a best practice, you may review and delete courses you do not intend to use in the future.
If you’ve associated Points and Badges with Learn Course consumption, these will continue to accumulate and are not affected by school year rollover or the sync pause process. The same is true for “Progress Percentage” of enrolled courses.
Forms:
Forms and Form Templates created prior to and during the sync pause will remain available during and after the sync.
Should you need to update a Form to incorporate new fields/ information, we recommend that you “Make a Copy,” apply edits, and use a naming convention that will associate that Form to the current school year. For example: SY23/24 Field Trip Permission.
Plans:
Plans and Plan Templatescreated prior to and during the sync pause will remain available during and after the sync.
Both “Incomplete” (Draft) and Complete Plans assigned to Students/ Staff prior to and during the sync pause will remain available during and after the sync and are visible in the Student360.
Partners:
Partners and Programscreated prior to and during the sync pause will remain available during and after the sync.
Payments:
Paymentscreated prior to and during the sync pause will remain available during and after the sync.
Insights:
Third-party data shared prior to the sync pause will be associated with the previous school year or historical year of record.
Data shared during the sync pause will not populate until the sync resumes and will be associated with the previous school year.
Data shared after July 1st will be associated with the current school year.

Behavior:
Incidents created prior to the sync pause will be associated with the previous school year. Incidents created during the sync pause will also be associated with the previous school year.
Incidents created after July 1st will be associated with the current school year.
After July 1st:
Previous year’s data will be available under the Behavior App’s downloadable reports.
The Open, Queue, Verification, and Closed tabs will be empty to reflect the current school year.
Previous year incidents can also be viewed by administrators via the Student360.
