RED - 12/13/23 1:25pm - Abre Assessments is currently experiencing issues resulting in blank screens for assessments and results. The issue has been identified by the Learnosity team and they are working on a fix. As soon as a fix is fully implemented, we will update this page. GREEN - 10/05/23 12:49pm - All issues regarding accessing building level data reports and Abre Insights have been resolved, and all reporting functionality has been restored. Please reach out to support@abre.com if any unexpected behavior is observed.
YELLOW - 10/05/23 10:23am - Currently investigating an issue that is preventing building level Abre Insight reports (School360) from displaying results. Reports will display 'No Results' for users granted 'Insight Administrator (Building)' permissions. Reports for overall 'Insight Administrator' permissions are unaffected. Remainder of the platform is fully functional. Abre is aware of the issue and continues to investigate for root cause.

YELLOW - 08/07/23 12:55pm - Student level and Abre Insight reports/data visualizations are currently experiencing intermittent interruptions, resulting in error message "Report Not Found / You may not have permissions to view this run". Abre is aware of the issue and is investigating alongside our integration partners.
GREEN - 05/20/23 11:58am - Issues with accessing Abre Insight and Application Specific reports have been resolved, all reporting functionality has been restored. Please reach out to support@abre.com if any unexpected behavior is observed.
YELLOW - 05/20/23 11:27am - Abre Insight reports as well as Application Specific reporting are currently unavailable as Abre is experiencing a service disruption with our 3rd Party analytics system. Be advised that during this outage reports will be inaccessible. This outage is currently impacting only Abre's reporting capabilities and the bulk of the platform remains functional. We will update as we learn more.

RED 03/10/22 8:50am Student roster integration is not working properly. We are investigating the issue. Abre works as expected - but when looking for student schedules in the Students App and in Abre Class, student rosters are missing.
