What's New - Launching October 1st, 2022
Providing Students with Tiered Levels of Support via the Abre Wellness Check-in & Updates to Abre Partners
Abre Wellness Check-in Enhancements
- Beginning October 1st, Wellness Administrators will see new functionality available as part of the follow-up process for reviewing student check-in results.
- Wellness Administrators can now follow-up directly on elevated check-in results, provide additional comments from Wellness Specialists and Teams, and reconcile check-in records by completing the workflow process and close out individual elevated check-in records.
- As students complete their respective Wellness Check Ins based on established settings, Wellness Administrators and Advisors have been provided new options for check-in record elevation, commenting and closure.
- Wellness Advisors have always had the ability to ‘elevate’ a check-in record if they feel the student needs further support beyond what they are able to provide. Now, in addition to selecting ‘Yes’ to elevate the check in record, Wellness Administrators have the ability to view elevated check-ins, add comments and ultimately close the check in record.
- Additional data points and summaries for elevated check-in records have been added to both the Student360 Check-in results as well as the district level Insights data dashboard.
- Students requesting Wellness Resources as part of the Wellness Check-in will now be presented with an alert informing them to check their student email to retrieve provided resources.
- Wellness Administrators can now toggle the visibility of Wellness Check-in data for students within their respective Student360s for family members.
- Wellness Administrators have been granted the ability to 'Delete' a checkin record.
Abre Partners - Program Alignment to Tiered Supports
- The Abre Partners app now supports Program level alignment to allow Partner administrators to align programs to specific categories of intervention support (ELA, Wellness, Math, Behavior, Attendance) as well as define the requisite tier level (I, II, III).
- This information can now be used within Abre Insights to identify specific subsets of students who are involved within particular support systems provided by school districts.
Minor Enhancements
- Abre Behavior App: Behavior Incidents now contain a history listing of all modifications/updates to each behavior incident to allow Behavior Administrators improved visibility to what changes have been made, when and by who, to an incident.
- Abre Insights: A Student Attendance report now available including Total Attendance Records, Total Hours Missed, Absences by Grade and Building, Distribution of Absence Type, Absences by Day of the Week.
- Abre Payments: Minor in-product messaging improvements allowing payees to access Abre's Privacy Policy and Secure Checkout Policy directly from the checkout page.
- Abre Student360: Schools/Districts using ProgressBook VendorLink for SIS integration will now see the supported 'Preferred Name' field populate within the Profile tab of the Student360 if a ‘Preferred Name’ is added to ProgressBook.
