The Abre Product team's mission is to continually enhance our platform based on feedback from our incredible user community. We're thrilled to introduce Abre version 2024.02, which brings various improvements and fixes to make your experience with our software even better.

What's New:

Additional Single Sign-In Options for Staff, Students, Families, and Partners
Apple
Apple SSO can be enabled for Staff, Students, Families, and Partners. The "Sign in with Apple" button requires no additional setup and works identically to Google/Microsoft sign-in.
ClassLink
ClassLink SSO can be enabled for Staff and Students. Before a district can use ClassLink SSO, a district needs to provide Abre with their "ClassLink Tenant ID" so Abre can connect their ClassLink account with their Abre account. Since Abre requires staff/students to have emails, the district should confirm that Staff/Student emails are up-to-date in ClassLink. ClassLink "instant login" will be available shortly after this release, enabling Staff and Students to SSO directly from their ClassLink portal.
Clever
Clever SSO can be enabled for Staff and Students. Before a district can use Clever SSO, a district needs to provide Abre with their "Clever District ID" so Abre can connect their Clever account with their Abre account. Since Abre requires Staff/Students to have emails, the district should confirm that staff/student emails are up-to-date in Clever. Clever "instant login" will be available shortly after this release, enabling Staff and Students to SSO directly from their Clever portal.
GG4L
GG4L SSO can be enabled for Staff and Students. Since Abre requires Staff/Students to have emails, the district should confirm that staff/student emails are up-to-date in GG4L.
