Enhancements - May 2023
- Bulk export of all Behavior Incident ‘Summary Reports’ via Student360 Behavior Tab for Behavior Administrators (Building/District)
- Behavior Administrators accessing the Behavior Tab in the Student360 will see new options for exporting Behavior details.
- Opening the vertical ellipsis will render a menu providing options to ‘Download CSV Export’ and ‘Download Summary Reports’
- ‘Download CSV Export’ has not been changed from previous functionality.
- ‘Download Summary Reports’ will export all summary report documentation for all behavior incidents in a new tab as a single PDF document.
- Replacement of remaining ChartJS (legacy) student assessment reports/visualizations in the S360 Assessments tab.
- The Student360 ‘Assessment’ tab has completed the transition to remove all legacy ChartJS code from the codebase. The remaining visualizations that have been updated are:
- OST, Ohio AASCD, Pre-ACT, ACT, MAP, OELPA
- Recommend that when reviewing the Student360 with districts that all expected reports based on known data integrations are rendering correctly.
- Added ‘Number of Days’ column to the ‘Previous Incidents’ viewer within a Behavior Incident modal.
- When inside a Behavior Incident Modal, when viewing the ‘View Previous Incidents' window, an additional column to this view has been added showing the ‘Number of Days’ associated with the aligned behavior response/consequence. For Behavior Incidents that have no days associated with the response, a blank empty string is shown.
- Allows an attachment and supporting documentation for Partner Program donations
- Partner Administrators logging donations at the Partner Program level, can now add supporting documentation attachments to each individual donation logged.
- When logging a donation, at the bottom of the modal, users will see a ‘Upload Donation Documentation’ area. Users can provide a document name, and proceed through a standard file upload process to select the files they wish to associate as evidence or supporting documentation for the donation. Files uploaded without a defined name will be rendered as the file name of the raw file uploaded.
- Upon submitting the donation with an associated upload, upon viewing the donation details, users will be able to access the supporting documentation uploaded
