Donation Tracking - Abre Partners
- Abre Partners app now allows for partner administrators to log, track and monitor donations for both financial and time-based contributions.
- Donations are tracked at the partner program level.
- Users navigate to the Abre Partners App, select a partner, and access an individual program.
- From the program overview page, users will see a ‘Track Donations’ button integrated into the Overview div.
- Clicking ‘Track Donations’ will direct the user to the ‘Donation Log’ route for that particular program.

- Donation Log is exportable via .csv through the ‘Download Donation Report’ button and contains additional details for each donation (Partner Name, Program Name, Donation Type, Monetary Donation Amount, Time Donation Amount, Intended Use Description, In-Kind Description, Donation Logger’s Name, Submission TIme)
- To log a new donation, users will click the ‘+’ in the bottom right (Log Donation)
- Modal presented will ask user for Donation Type
- Monetary (Direct Money Donated to Program)

- Intended Use
- Time (Hours Donated for Volunteer Tracking)
- HRS & MIN of Time Donated
- Intended Use of Time
- In-Kind (Materials Directly Donated)

- Donations are added to the logger on ‘Save’
- Associated reporting for Donation logging is included in Abre Insights within the Community Engagement category.
Enhancements - DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS

Wellness Check-In Upgrades
- Additional Form Type Delivery
- Wellness Check-In now supports the selection of multiple form types within the configuration of Wellness Settings.
- Standard Check-In - 3 Question Standard Form (Emoji, 1-5 selection, follow-up status)
- Check-In w/Student Comments - 4 Question Form (Emoji, 105 selection, student comments, follow-up request)
- Selection of form types will deliver specified form on the standard cadence, grade bands and buildings.
- Student comments are captured as part of the standard follow-up process and included in relevant reports (S360 & Insights)
- Specify Start and End Time
- Wellness Administrators can now specify a time-based delivery window for the Wellness Check-in.
- Users will toggle the ‘Specify Start and End Time’ option and select a start and end time (15 min intervals)
- When accessing Abre, students will only be presented with the Wellness Check-In during the hours defined in Settings. If a student logs in prior to or after the start and end time respectively, no check-in will be delivered and the student will be prompted on the next scheduled run.

Upgraded Support for V2 Keystone & PSSA Visualizations (S360)
- Districts aligned to the V2 versions of PSSA and Keystone data integrations will see increased details incorporated into the S360 versions of these assessments data types:
- Keystone
- Detailed Results
- Algebra I: A1 Scaled Score, Linear Functions Score, Operations and Linear Equations
- Bio: Bio Scaled Score, Cells and Cell Processes, Continuity and Unity of Life Scale Score
- Literature: Lit Scale Score, Fiction Scale Score, Nonfiction Scale Score
- PSSA
- Category and Anchor Results for All Subject Areas
