To build out a comprehensive Student360, you'll need to work with your district leadership and technology resources to identify desired external and internal (to Abre) data sources and share those data with the Abre team. Below you'll find an overview of each tab in Abre's Student360, with an invitation to learn more.
Profile
Abre consolidates basic and advanced student information on the Profile tab of the Student360. Much of this information is pulled directly from your Student Information System during the data integration phase of onboarding. File structures and formats can be found in Abre’s Automated SIS Data Documentation guide.
Assessments
Abre supports the data visualization of a growing number of third-party assessments in the Student360. In order to populate third-party assessment data in the Student360, districts are required to adhere to our standard formatting requirements for Third-Party Data Integrations.
Behavior
Abre supports the data visualization of positive and negative behavior incidents and responses if they’re being documented natively through the Behavior App. Staff are able to see behavior records limited to the current school year; administrators are able to see two years’ worth of behavior data.
You can learn more about Abre Behavior here.
While Abre can help you visualize third-party behavior data through Abre Insights and our Data-as-a-Service offerings, Abre does not yet support third-party behavior data visualization on the Student360.
Grades
Abre supports the data visualization of student grades documented natively through the Class App or through direct export from your Student Information System.
You can learn more about Abre Class here.
To share student grades from your SIS, please review the direct export instructions for Abre_Grades_2.0 in Abre’s Data Integration Documentation.
Wellness
Abre has partnered with SSIS CoLab to deliver evidence-backed, peer-reviewed social-emotional health screeners. These online assessments are multi-informant and focus on core SEL skills representing CASEL competencies and key emotional behavior concerns.
Districts delivering SSIS assessments through Abre can visualize student SEL Composite Scores, CASEL competencies, and Emotional Behavior Concerns in the Wellness Tab of the Student360.
You can learn more about SSIS Screeners here.
Abre also offer a simple, native “Wellness Check-in” survey to gauge how students are feeling, with the ability to visualize wellness trends over time in the Student360.
You can learn more about Abre’s Wellness check in here.
Forms
Abre supports the collection of student form/ survey responses natively through the Forms App. Results and historical submissions can be viewed through the Forms Tab on the Student360.
You can learn more about Abre Forms here.
Abre does not yet support third-party survey/form data visualization on the Student360.
Partners
Abre's Partner App connects schools with partners outside of the school. This allows a larger community to support the whole child. Student affiliations with various partner programs can be viewed in the Student360. Permissioned staff can also manage data-sharing consent as requested by the district Partner.
You can learn more about Abre Partners here.
Plans
Abre supports the development and assignment of student plans natively through the Plans App. Both completed and draft Plans assigned to students can be viewed by permissioned Staff in the Student360. Note that Staff cannot edit the plan through the Plans tab on the Student360. Editing is accomplished in the Plans App.
You can learn more about Abre Student Plans here.
Abre also integrates with SameGoal to make read-only documents, such as IEP or 504 Plans, visible in the Plans Tab of the Student360. Learn more here.
Payments
Abre supports a financially inclusive and secure payments experience through the Payments App, powered by Pay Theory. Transaction history, such as Payment Name, Payee Name, Amount, and Status can be viewed in the Payments Tab of the Student360.
You can learn more about Abre Payments here.
